The Virtual Idea Building Exchange System (V.I.B.E.S.)™ is a system wherein everyone who contributes to the building of an idea, from the conception, development, implementation sales/marketing, support, etc. gets an equitable share of the benefits realized from, in direct proportion to their contributions to, the building of said idea.  Therefore, the participants in an idea building / VIBES project contribute their skills, knowledge, time, resources, etc. in exhange for a share in any and all of the benefits that are ever realized from that idea/project.

How might The Virtual Idea Building Exchange System (V.I.B.E.S.)™ Work?:

The following are some high level scenarios of how The Virtual Idea Building Exchange System (V.I.B.E.S.)™ might work, for each of the types of participants, for which further details will be (eventually) further “fleshed out” herein, namely:

1. For an Idea Conceiver to submit their new idea:
   1. Someone has what they believe is a Good Idea with which they want some help developing.
   2. The Idea Conceiver, registers at: http://blog.thevcf.com/forums/register/
   3. The Idea Conceiver briefly describes their new idea (securely) in a new Topic in the V.I.B.E.S. Project Forums at: http://blog.thevcf.com/forums/forum/v-i-b-e-s-project-forums/
   4. The idea conceiver outlines the resources they initially believe will be required to further develop this new idea.
   5. A V.I.B.E.S. Administrator reviews, and approves or rejects, the publication of the new idea as a new V.I.B.E.S. Project, based solely on its appropriateness for publication within The Virtual Idea Building Exchange System, with no judgement as to the feasibility of the idea.
   6. A V.I.B.E.S. Project Manager may work together with the idea conceiver to add any additional resources they initially believe may be required to further develop this new idea.
2. For a Contributor to help develop and benefit from the realization of an idea:
   1. The Contributor, registers at: http://blog.thevcf.com/forums/register/
   2. The Contributor finds an idea/Project for which they have some of the currently needed skills and/or resources and they wish to contribute to the development of this idea, in the V.I.B.E.S. Project Forums at: http://blog.thevcf.com/forums/forum/v-i-b-e-s-project-forums/
   3. The Contributor applies to contribute to this idea / Project, offering their skills, available time, and/or resources and they wish to contribute to the development of this idea.
   4. All of the current Project Contributors, including the Idea Conceiver, “vote” on whether to accept or reject the application of the new Contributor, and if accepted an offer for an agreed upon share of the benefits from the Project are offered to the new Contributor.
   5. The new Contributor accepts the offer to participate in the Project and begins working together with all of the Project Contributors towards the further development of and realization of the benefits from this Project/Idea.

A more automated means of more efficiently and effectively matching Project needs with potential Contributors will be developed under the “People to Projects Matching System” V.I.B.E.S. Project at: http://blog.thevcf.com/forums/topic/a-people-to-projects-matching-system/ and utilized by The Virtual Idea Building Exchange System to further develop and further automate the V.I.B.E.S. processes.
