2) Short Sellers won’t cover until > 1/1/19

3) => 2018 Losers continue to Lose until >= 1/2/19

4) BioTechs continue to slide down => Wait until >= 1/2/19 to Buy those Trading Below Book and/or Trading Below Cash with Near Term Catalysts

5) Companies will Buy Back as much of their own stock at these low / bottom prices at possible … will this provide a “floor”/stable bottom for Stocks with Buy Backs?

6) Companies with excess Cash, e.g. Repatriating cash, will “scoop up” value stocks/companies currently trading undervalued/cheap
